Hi! I'm Amanda, a health and wellness coach and founder of Health Steps. I'm here to help you achieve your health goals and put your own health at the top of the agenda. My focus is on whole health, which encompasses many different aspects of life like relationships, social interactions, environment, sleep, stress management, purpose, and more. I work with 1:1 clients and businesses who want to prioritise the health and well-being of their teams.

In 2004 I started a new job in eCommerce technology. Over the next two decades, I worked my way up the corporate ladder at some big companies in the eCommerce market. I was one of the few women in leadership positions and considered myself lucky to have a career that I loved and was successful at. But something was missing. Despite all my accomplishments, I wasn't fulfilled. I had lost touch with what mattered to me most - my health and wellbeing. So in 2020, I made the biggest leap of faith of my life and studied to become a UK health coach. Now, I help people like you make small changes that add up to sustainable improvements in your health and wellbeing.
