I’m in my late forties and live with my family in Lancashire, England.

I studied with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated with a Diploma in Health Coaching.  The college was voted the best college in 2021 and 2022 by IHCAN (Integrative Health Care and Applied Nutrition).

I was inspired to move into the naturopathic health and wellbeing industry following my own health challenges.  I was struggling with burnout and stress alongside a medical condition, which to this day, remains un-diagnosed - Hashimotos.  The NHS cannot support me with this condition so I decided to take my health into my own hands and work with a naturopathic practitioner.  By doing so, I achieved some very positive results.   You can read more about my journey in my blog post here

I’ve never looked back or regretted making that move, it made me super interested in the concept of natural healing, the body's ability to heal itself, given the right environment, and the importance of “health as a whole”.

I knew I had to get involved, and I knew that my future had to be in helping people to carve out their own health journey, take control of their own health, and to see some of the benefits of investing in their health.

As a Health Coach, I’m trained in the following modules:

  1. How the body works – understanding all the bodily systems, understanding red flags and when to refer to a GP or expert in a different profession.

  2. Nutrition – optimal nutrition to keep you healthy and get back to good health, optimum weight and good sleep.

  3. Fitness and health – plan and evaluate new or existing exercise regimes and coach all ages to achieve related goals.

  4. Coaching and health – how to facilitate and be an ambassador for change, and support my clients to achieve their own health goals.

I’m a member of the UK Health Coach Association and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.  Please do check before choosing your Health Coach or any other naturopathic practitioner to ensure their training and ongoing development standards are of a very high standard.  I am fully insured by Balens

I am committed to always improving my skills and knowledge, by attending seminars, listening to influential leaders on podcasts and reading.  I’m truly passionate about my work and helping my clients to achieve their health goals.  I absolutely love what I do, and I love helping people get on the right path for them.
